Gardermoen Campus is a health industry cluster with big ambitions. The first stages of construction were completed by the end of 2017. The campus houses Norway’s largest private hospital; LHL-sykehuset Gardermoen (LHL is a patient organization). The campus also houses a communal health house for four municipalities in Øvre Romerike; Ullensaker, Nannestad, Hurdal and Gjerdrum. They are accompanied by LHL, PTØ Norway and Vitusapotek who also are tenants at Helsehuset.
The area is characterized by innovative businesses in the health sector, which are open to the development of future-oriented health services and new solutions. Building standards are high, both architecturally and environmentally, and much thought and resource has been put into the design of the outdoor areas. The area, totalling about 125 000 sqm has further potential for development.
Gardermoen Campus is being developed in cooperation with Hemfosa Samfunnsbygg AS.
